It is also possible the number of qualified potential employees spoken to, or interviewed with, between the 4 people attending from your company, is significantly higher than just "60."  If this becomes the case, then the "Cost Per Interview" will plummet even further!

This makes it very difficult for the best recruits to get away during the 9-5pm time frame, or during any busy tech conference.

This is why we leave our doors open to our Tech Gods until 8pm.  This allows the busiest and most talented people to attend!

Booth Spaces:

There are only twenty 10'x10' booth spaces available. They are being auctioned off for the regional events, through our auction facility at ebay.  We will announce how many booths shall be available for the Grand National Summit in early 2017

There is an $8,000 minimum reserve bid for the limited number of booths available at the regional Summits. As also discussed on the Home Page, winning bids include the rent of the booth, which shall be pre-assembled, complete with a two-person table, a greeting counter and a viewing monitor.  The booth will accommodate your entity's name on its back wall with your supplied graphics, as appropriate. Wi-Fi is available for attendees during the Summit.

Companies can guarantee themselves a booth by paying $15,000 to "Buy It Now" at ebay. However, this purchase must take place while booths are available and the purchase needs to be completed no later than July 1, 2017 using the ebay  auction facility via the "Buy It Now" button .  

 

After July 1, 2017, any company interested in obtaining a booth for the Tech Titan Summit, must go through the competitive bidding process at ebay. Bidding for booths shall cease thirty days before the Tech Titan Summit, to allow time for booth shipment and delivery.

Super Titan Rights

Winning bids for booths carry special rights at the Tech Titan Summit.  These winning bids enjoy all the privileges of both a hiring company AND an investor. The people and companies at these booths are designated "SUPER TITANS."

Booths are professional, with a streamlined look (we want this stylistic feel for the cameras).  However, you are free to decorate your booth, as you see fit.  The above photos are representative of what you can expect for your money with respect to functionality. Obviously, the photos depict a specialized booth for Samsung, a "specialty job;" however, you can expect a clean, professional booth at the event, even if it hasn't been "Samsungized!" Functionality will be similar for all the booths---e.g. monitor, counter, table for two, etc. There are only twenty booths and they are on a 

"first-come, first- served" basis.

​

As a Super Titan, you will be able to scope out the events of the Summit, and will have easy access to the Tech God Stage.  Your booth's location conveniently allows you to network, have a cocktail at Aphrodite's Bar and visit with peers and Tech Gods, as well as permit you quick connection with the Tech Titan Table.

 

With the event potentially being filmed for broadcast, the Super Titans who control booth space also have the opportunity to leverage themselves virally---well beyond the Summit!

INVESTORS

With a minimum bid for investor admission equal to the corporate price of admission of $3,995, the costs of attending the Tech Titan Summit are miniscule compared with the fees charged by bankers.  

 

You are merely paying for admission to an event which is limiting the number of investors attending (eliminating potential chaos!), and you will have preferred seating and the exclusive right to solicit the Tech Gods (along with other Investors and Super Titans). You can bear witness to the Tech God Face Offs, and have the opportunity to interview Tech Gods at the Tech Titan Table. You can privately, or publicly, pursue an investment with any Tech God, or his/her affiliated entity, at the event, or thereafter. The Tech God Face Offs will be recorded. Please bear this in mind, when you are asking your questions and making your offers, as appropriate.

 

Negotiations are entirely up to you, your team and the Tech God of interest.  Each winning bid for one of the 50 investor seats receives the right to have 3 people attend the Summit.  As you know, the 20 Super Titans each enjoy the right to bring four people to the Summit.

We allow investors to immediately purchase and guarantee themselves an Investor seat with a bid of $15,000, if this guaranteed price is committed to by July 1, 2017 via our ebay auction facility and the "Buy It Now" button; NOTE: there are only 50 Investor seats, so when they are gone, they are gone!

 

After July 1, 2017, there will not be the ability to purchase an investor seat without going through the competitive bidding process--if any seats are still available.

The last perk of making a winning a bid for one of the 50 available investor admission tickets, is the ability to recruit Tech Gods for hire in your own organization.  You don't have to pay an additional admission fee as a "hiring" corporation!

We'll never replace Goldman Sachs, or any major broker dealer, however, given this age of enlightenment, we just figured we could do a much better job of marketing high technology breakthroughs than many brokers who charge fees, which ultimately come out of the pockets of the founders of the tech company, or the investors.

​

As many investors realize, for serious investments this can cost hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of dollars. Also, being able to wrap an investor's fingers around the pulse-beat of action at an event like the Tech Titan Summit, provides an investor the real chance of early-round participation in some great, emerging companies and technologies.

​

Since we are not broker dealers, we don't charge any fees, or commissions on any deals, which get done with our Tech Gods.  A cost comparison is meaningful for potential investors, too:

Many VCs, angels and private equity investors pay a real price when a broker is in the middle of a transaction;

Broker-Driven Deals:

Three different investments are assumed, below.  The calculations are linear extrapolations, but make our point, effortlessly:  using bankers is expensive and takes money away from the invention/product and the execution of the Tech God's business plan.

​

We've used "Double-Lehman" scale fee structures for the two smaller deals in the calculation of fees.  On the larger transaction (e.g. $10,000,000), we've used more traditional "Wall Street" investment banking and broker'/dealer fees.  All of these figures are arguable, but the point is, using a banker raises investment costs, substantially.

We're pro-technology and for eliminating the banker--especially in an era of connected financing to wired technology!  The reason this hasn't happened before, of course, is because everyone is trying to get their hands on the commissions!

The Double Lehman scale charges 10% of the first million dollars invested, 8% of the second, 6% of the third, 4% of fourth and 2% of everything thereafter. Variations on the structure have also become more common, with fees, referral fees, etc. piling on to each transaction.

All examples here assume an investment of $1/share, to make the math easy.  If the company IPOs on the American Stock Exchange, or NASDAQ, its minimum price per share would be $3 and $4, respectively.

 

This costs the company and investors an additional $1,000,000 and $1,500,000 in financing costs--even though the company above only raised $500,000!  These cost calculations grow enormously for larger investments, per below.

Many investors reading these pages already know about these costs.  Unless they discover a technology or product/idea directly, they are typically trapped into having to negotiate fees with the finder, or broker.  It is an old-school way to play the game!

Finally, a note:  At the early stages, most companies don't need a banker---they need a backer. With a backer, a company can negotiate from a much stronger position with a banker, as it approaches maturity for the IPO market, if even appropriate.  IPOs frequently are used to launch a company to liquidity, and access to larger amounts of capital.
