Retailers sign up as soon as possible and prior to June 1, 2019. Commencing before this date, Cryptocurrency enablers are contacted by Crypt2bit. Crypt2bit can make no assurance alliance availability will be available once a deal is struck (fees are planned to be locked in & split between already "signed-up" alliance members). MAKE SURE YOU SIGN UP ASAP!
DEAL STRUCTURE
Crypt2bit is organizing international networks of retailers to use and accept preferred cryptocurrency. Crypt2bit's retailing alliance agrees to exclusively accept the cryptocurrency chosen by Crypt2bit on behalf of the alliance. Note: Cryptocurrency exclusivity does NOT apply to retailing agreements with traditional credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or other traditional bank cards. The initial exclusivity period is defined as not more than three years, but may be less, depending on the deal structured with the cryptocurrency provider or enabler.
FEE SPLIT
Initially, the alliance members' 50% licensing fee share shall be split evenly among the alliance members. While some retailers are much larger than others, the acceptance of cryptocurrency is in its infancy.
The even share split is being initiated to encourage Crypto's rapid growth in retail and to provide an incentive for small businesses to join the alliance.
After the initial licensing period, the split may differ among alliance members to reflect relative retailer size, presence, etc. The first step, however, is it to unite and negotiate with cryptocurrency providers NOW to help retailers, worldwide.
